My Awesome Trip

After reaching 2 major milestones, 25 years of teaching and my 65th birthday, I retired and started planning the trip of a lifetime. My friend Sandy Smith and I are travelling to guam, Australia, New Zealand, and Hawaii for 8 weeks, beginning October 10, 2005.

Milford Sound via the Milford Wanderer

This is mostly going to be a picture blog...because there are no words to describe the sound. The trip was wo nderful. We saw a perfect rainbow that spanned the sound, man many bottle nosed dolphins, some penguins and even some fur seals trying to jump up onto the rocks.
